The Watch II at Waterlefe Condominium Association is comprised of the condo units on Discovery Terrace. Condominiums have a fee for the exterior maintenance, insurance of their common property, and association management.

The Watch II Board of Directors consists of five homeowners from within the Watch II Association that serve multi-year terms to bring leadership and decision-making to the Watch II.
