We’re excited to invite you to the Annual Meeting of the Waterlefe Master Property Owners’ Association! This is your chance to help shape the future of our community by electing Board members and participating in important discussions.
A Second Notice will follow with the full agenda and additional details, but here’s what you need to know now:
How You Can Get Involved
✅ Run for the Board:
Want to make a difference? Submit your Notice of Intent to Run (included in the attached Annual Meeting package) by December 17, 2025, to:
• Email: [email protected]
• Mail/Hand Delivery: Waterlefe MPOA, 995 Fish Hook Cove, Bradenton, FL 34212
You may also include a one-page Information Sheet about your qualifications or vision for the community. (Due no later than December 22, 2025
✅ Voting Certificate (if needed):
If your lot is owned by more than one person or an entity, you’ll need to designate a Voting Member. A certificate is only required if one isn’t already on file or if you want to update it. Without it, co-owners count for quorum but cannot vote.
Important: Forging a voting certificate is a serious offense under Florida law.
We look forward to seeing you at the meeting and working together to keep Waterlefe a wonderful place to live! Thank you for being an active part of our community.
