About Our Special Events

In addition to a wonderful regular dining schedule, your River Club staff plans special events year-round, alongside the Activities Committee and various groups. Many events are annual Waterlefe traditions, and we are always cooking up fresh ideas to keep things interesting for our Members. Expect over-the-top holiday celebrations, dinners featuring live entertainment, culinary demonstrations, family events, charter bus excursions, luncheons paired with learning, Member service events, and more!

Special Event Reservations

Special events open for reservations approximately one month prior to each event date and are fulfilled in the order received. Watch for "New Event" email announcements to be first in line when reservations open. Reservations placed earlier will not be accepted. Space is limited and we fill up fast!

Plan ahead by regularly checking the events calendar online (or from the River Club mobile app). If an event is already full when you're ready to book, join the wait list. Cancellations occur frequently and we will contact you to honor your reservation when/if space becomes available.

If you have a reservation and need to cancel, be sure to let us know as soon as possible. Members will be charged full price for the event if cancellations are received less than 48 hours prior (or listed/published timing on the flyer). Find more details on our policies here.
