 Welcome Residents & Culinary Members. In addition to a wonderful regular dining schedule, your River Club Staff and Activities Committee (resident-volunteers) plan special events year-round, and you have exclusive access! Many of our most-attended events have become annual Waterlefe traditions, and we are always cooking up fresh ideas to keep things interesting for our Members. Expect over-the-top holiday celebrations, dinners featuring live entertainment, culinary demonstrations, family events, charter bus excursions, luncheons paired with learning, member service events (click link to see those), and more!

PLEASE NOTE: If an event is already full when you're ready to book, don't worry - join the wait list. Cancellations occur frequently and we will contact you to offer you seating if space opens up!
 
 
MORE ABOUT SPECIAL EVENT RESERVATIONS:
Space is limited and we fill up fast! Special events open / reservations can be accepted one month prior to each event date (not before), and we will always strive to publish event flyers / details / menus (via individual event announcement email) at that time [Example: An event opening on July 10th can be expected to be open on June 10th (or the next staffed business day). Events will be published on our platforms and announced via email as soon as all event details are available - exact timing may vary. Reservation requests will be responded to as quickly as possible (please allow 1-2 business days) and will be honored in the order received. Note: Resident-Members will have the first opportunity to reserve seating for special events. Any reservations requested prior to the opening date will not be accepted. Make sure you are subscribed to our emails so you can be notified the moment events are published.
 

CANCELLATIONS:
If you have RSVP'd for an event and need to cancel, be sure to let us know as soon as possible to allow those on the waitlist to attend. Members will be charged full price for the event if cancellations are received less than 48 hours prior (or listed/published timing on the flyer).
