The Cove Marina is located at 905 Fish Hook Cove, has 13 slips and is privately-owned.  There are slips available for sale.  It is inside of the Waterlefe boat lift and boaters must use the boat lift to reach the river. Owners must pay the annual boat lift fee. The MPOA maintains the boat lift with those fees. Everyone who owns a boat in the canal area must heed the U.S. Coast Guard, State of Florida, the CDD rules and Waterlefe Covenants regarding the speed and safety of canal navigation. They must also be trained on how to navigate their boat through the overpasses, canal, and the Waterlefe boat lift.
